1. The rental rate applies only to consecutive days.
    

2. Unfavorable weather conditions or other obstacles do not exempt the renter from paying the rental rate.
    

3. In the event of injury or illness of the renter during the rental period, the following regulations apply upon presentation of a medical certificate:
   a) immediate return of the rental equipment
   b) no rental charges from the date the medical certificate is issued
   c) credit or refund from the date the medical certificate is issued for the remaining rental days already paid.
    

4. If no medical certificate is presented in the event of injury or illness, the full rental rate will be charged.
    

5. Cancellation of the booking is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. Cancellations can be made by email to info@sport-seppl.at.
    

6. Passing on the rental equipment to other persons is prohibited.
    

7. If a protection fee is taken out, the rented equipment is insured against breakage, damage, and theft. In the event of theft, a police report must be filed. If the protection fee is not paid, a deductible will be charged according to the respective category:
   BASIC category €100
   TOP category €200
   VIP category €400
   PLATIN category €500
   STÖCKLI / Van Deer category €600
    

8. A model change of the booked sports equipment is possible within the pre-booked category. If the equipment is changed to a higher category, the surcharge according to the price list must be paid on site.
    

9. The customer is fully responsible for the rental item, even if it is used by a third person, and must use it carefully in accordance with its function and intended conditions of use. The customer must ensure that the rental item is stored in such a way that confusion or theft is prevented. If no insurance is taken out, the rental item is not insured.
    

10. If the customer uses their own skis together with rental boots, an inspection and adjustment in accordance with ISO / ÖNORM standards is mandatory. A fee of €19 will be charged for this inspection.No liability is assumed for accidents of any kind.
     

11. In particular, the lessor is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
     

12. The invoice amount includes 20% VAT.
     

13. Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.Rentals after 3:00 p.m. are charged starting from the following calendar day. If the rental equipment is returned before 10:00 a.m., the current calendar day will not be charged.
     

14. Personal data provided by the customer on this website will be processed and used in compliance with applicable national and European data protection regulations for handling inquiries and online reservations. Customer data will be used for marketing purposes (newsletters, etc.). Consent can be withdrawn at any time free of charge by email to info@sport-seppl.at.
