1. The rental rate is only valid for consecutive days.

2. Adverse weather conditions or other disruptions do not exempt you from paying the rental rate.

3. In the event of injury or illness of the tenant during the rental period, the following rule applies upon presentation of a medical report:
   a) immediate return of the rental equipment
   b) no calculation of the rental rate from the date of issue of the medical report
   c) Credit or refund from the date of issue of the medical report for the remaining rental days already paid

4. Failure to provide a medical report in the event of injury or illness will result in the full rental rate being charged.

5. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. Cancellations can be made by email to info@sport-seppl.at .

6. Passing on the rental equipment to other persons is prohibited.

7. By purchasing a nominal fee, your rental is insured against breakage, damage, and theft! In the event of theft, a police report must be filed. Failure to pay the nominal fee will result in a deductible based on the respective category.

1. A change of model of the booked sports equipment is possible within the pre-booked category. If a sports equipment is upgraded to a higher category, the surcharge must be paid on-site according to the price list.

2. The customer is fully responsible for the rental item, even if it is used by a third party, and must use it carefully in accordance with its function and conditions of use. The customer must ensure that the rental item is stored in a manner that prevents confusion or theft. The rental item is not insured unless insurance is taken out.

3. If the customer uses their own skis with rental boots, a check and adjustment according to ISO/ÖNORM standards is mandatory. A fee of €20 will be charged for this check.

4. No liability is assumed for accidents of any kind; in particular, the lessor is not liable for damages caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. The invoice amount includes 20% VAT.

6. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.

7. Rentals after 3 p.m. will only be charged from the following calendar day.
   If the rental equipment is returned before 10:00 a.m., the current calendar day will not be charged.

8. Personal data provided by the customer on this website will be processed and used in compliance with applicable national and European regulations (data protection) to process your inquiries or online reservations.
